Windows 10 offers a new inbox USB Video Class (UVC) driver for various devices compliant with USB Video Class specifications (version 1.3 to 1.6). This driver supports blue/white camera and black and white camera. The latest version of this program also offers an application that allows users to capture pictures from their cell phone, submit photos to the Windows Camera Store, edit and share photos through Windows Ink. To use the free Windows download, first download and install Windows Phone Drivers updates tool. Then connect the UVC camera to your computer by using USB cable. Open device manager by clicking on Start button > Settings > Device Manager.
